Study Hub
Your personal study space — save notes, build flashcard decks, and use spaced repetition to lock in what you have learned.
Study Hub overview
The Study Hub is your personal learning space, separate from lessons and chapters. It brings together your notes, flashcard decks, and spaced repetition practice queue in one place.

Notes
Save notes you have written while studying. Notes are private and only visible to you.
Flashcard decks
All flashcard decks you have created from chapters — browse, edit, and start a study session.
Practice queue
Cards that are due for review today based on your spaced repetition schedule.
Notes
The Notes section stores any notes you have saved while reading chapters or studying. Notes are:
- Private — only you can see them
- Linked to the chapter or lesson they came from
- Searchable from within the Study Hub
- Editable and deletable at any time
💡 Pro Tip
Use notes as a quick way to capture an idea or a definition while you are reading. You can come back later and turn your best notes into flashcards.
Flashcard decks
All flashcard decks you have created appear in the Study Hub — organised by the chapter or subject they came from. For each deck you can:
Browse cards
Open a deck and flip through all the cards to review the content.
Edit cards
Add, remove, or modify individual cards in any deck.
Start a practice session
Queue the deck for a spaced repetition practice session.
Delete a deck
Remove a deck you no longer need. This also removes any scheduled review items for those cards.
ℹ️ Note
Decks you create in a chapter are also accessible from the Study Hub — they sync automatically. You do not need to copy them manually.
Practice (spaced repetition)
Spaced repetition is a proven study technique — you review cards at increasing intervals based on how well you remembered them. Cards you found easy are shown less often; cards you found hard come back sooner.
How spaced repetition works
- A card is shown — try to recall the answer before flipping it
- Flip to see the correct answer
- Rate how well you remembered: Again / Hard / Good / Easy
- The algorithm schedules when you will see that card again based on your rating
- Easy cards come back in days or weeks; hard cards come back tomorrow
Again
Completely forgot — show this card again soon.
Hard
Got it but it was difficult — shorter interval before next review.
Good
Remembered correctly — normal interval increase.
Easy
Perfect recall — longer interval, see it less often.
Review sessions

The Practice tab (also accessible from the dashboard shortcut) shows how many cards are due for review today. Start a session to work through them:
Click 'Start Practice'
Opens the review session with all cards due today across all your decks.
Try to recall the answer
Read the question side of the card. Try to remember the answer before flipping.
Flip the card
Click the card to reveal the answer. Compare it to what you recalled.
Rate your recall
Click Again, Hard, Good, or Easy based on how well you remembered.
Repeat until done
Work through all due cards. Your session count and XP earned are shown at the end.
💡 Pro Tip
Short daily review sessions (5–10 minutes) are more effective than cramming the night before an exam. Try to clear your due cards every day — the dashboard shortcut shows how many are waiting.
